We're a boutique firm with expertise in planning and managing professional and organizational career events or organizational employee career development, to create a fun, joyous, and memorable environment for our clients and their guests, which transpires a prominent unforgettable narrative throughout their lifetime.

Our Experiance:

We have managed over 46 career fair events since 2013 at the Seattle Center's old pavilion and the Armory Loft. We have worked with the lead on planning and managing with Best Starts for Kids Summit: Communities Building Impact 2020, Star Protection Agency consultation. We have over 10 years of experience.

Career and Resource Events:

With our Signature Career and Resource Fair, Career Fair Management, and Private Fair events, we work exclusively with your team to launch effectively designed recruiting events as part of your overall talent acquisition strategy.

Organization (Corporate/Government/Non-Profit) Events:

Boards, CEOs, CEO's Executive Leadership Team, HR, Diversity Director and Team, ERG'S/ Recruiting Directors and teams, Fundraising Director, Fundraising teams, Religious Leaders and teams, Political Leaders and teams- We create change in organizational team culture that will benefit the talent, clientele, and business bottom line with a central focus on the individual attendees.

Small-Midsize Events:

One-Day, Three-Day, Week A.L.A. Event P & M team creates with the organization a memorable event, throughout the planning process. We manage every element of the event, in collaborating with the vendors we will make the guest's magical experiences come to life. These include but are limited to full-on management assistance for any small to midsize workshops, team meetings, board meetings, one-day week conference

Our firm intentionally advocates for Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity within the interviewing, hiring, developing, and retaining employee process on all levels of our services. We have made disability and Inclusion a priority in our work.

Our Disability and Inclusion Initiative covers annual awareness and support for the disabilities community. The support does not stop there we have created a Community to assist both organizations and people who Identify as a person with a disability to grow together and cultivate an open workspace for all in the work culture.

Last, we built a recruiting and consultancy agency to support organizations and their employees in a variety of ways: talent acquisition, onboarding, continuous learning, training, and disability inclusion.
