Lexi is a staff trainer, consultant, and multicultural therapist in private practice in Olympia, WA. Addressing the impacts of burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma, Lexi partners with agencies, businesses, non–profits, and community organizations. With a highly interactive combination of content delivery and group dialogue facilitation, Lexi helps people create realistic wellness plans that foster work-life-balance and mental health by practicing self-care and collective care.

Before her work as a consultant, Lexi spent over 10 years working in social services in Olympia in the high-trauma sector. Her focus was supporting unhoused survivors of violence, with an emphasis on serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ communities.
